G.B Burlotto

The rising star in Verduno, the northern most commune in Barolo. Founded in 1850, one of the first producers to bottle the Barolo. Still in the hands of the Burlotto family and is runned by Fabio Alessandria since

the mid 90´s. Interest has sky-rocketed after his top cru Monvigliero 2013 received 100p by Gallioni a couple of years ago.

Small production, classic non-intervention winemaking, the Monvigliero are still made with hole clusters and grapes crushed by foot. By many critics considered Top 5 in Barolo.
